I have 1 MOH source and created and exact copy for a second test route to test a new MOH source.
I have read threads talking about TARG and TGAR - settings are same for both routes and phone sets.
I can dial to the first moh route from all sets but not all sets for the second moh route.

here is first route:

your new trunk needs to be in the same network group as the station.. for a 61 or 81 you have to have a trunk for each group.. i didn't catch all your test points but that is the 1st thing that i saw

from the test phone, dial the old acod.. do a trac, then make sure you have a trunk in that group for the new moh test

The MUS TN and the CFLP need to be in the same multigroup. I don't have the chart in front of me but is Loop 52 (mus TN) and CFLP 15 in the same multigroup?

I would like to know how to map that is you have a cheat sheet or idea. I have 3 net groups. 0,1,2. Conf loops are 15, 31, 47, 60.
After looking at the original MOH (2) members they are on 15 and 47. I created a second member for test MOH and gave it the same cflp's to see if that fixes my problem.
I'll let you know what I find out.

Thanks to all for the input.

That did it.
You have to have a trunk card and conf loop configured in each network group and configure a member(s) that are in each net group for your route to allow the phones in each network group to have acod access.
Hope that made sense.

Thanks again.
