We are starting to switch to ACO instead of IPO. And right now the biggest hatred is the search function within phone directory. I will agree, it feels SO much worse on ACO then it does/did on IPO.
I don't know the reasoning from Avaya to shift the Phone Directory search function, but in my opinion on the physical phone it is way worse than IPO physical phone.
You have to choose First Name or Last Name and start the search with a T9 function which is from 1990s. With the IPO setup it was click phone directory and start typing the name of the person and it handled it so well in my opinion.
