does anyone know if the avaya communication manager can use either radius or tacacs for login authentication?

Technically you could use any methods that can be supported throught the RedHat Linux system using PAM modules. Avaya has published a couple of AAA papers. I have used LDAP/AD. It does require you have customer-root enabled by Avaya and of course if you break it.....
