Hi all.
Using the ACM (UK/EN) Which is set to dial a 9 to get trunk access.
We have an issue on the ACM softphone/Outlook not using the 9 which is preset in the PC's Regional/Modem settings.
Is their some thing I am missing from either PC based options or indeed ACM programming.

Thanks

I have had an issue like this with other software on the IP Office. What i found was from Outlook you need to have the phone numbers in a certain format. if you use the pop up box to put the phone numbers in then it puts them in the right format and it starts to use the settings in the modem menus. this may not be your issue but it may help.

Ah, hadnt thought about the numbering format.
Will get this checked out.

The Outlook contacts is setup with area code - Number
Softphone has been tested with a raw number ie 123 and others and this has the exact same outcome.
