ACL Tool /LIST permissions and Groups

The command "Net Share" will display a list of shares on a server.
The resource kit command "Cacls" will display NTFS permissions on a directory structure.
The reskit VB script SHARE.VBS will remotely share or unshare directories on remote servers. (really good for unsharing...can enter security credentials in the script)
The reskit tool RMTSHARE will remotely share or unshare directories on a remote server (and allow you to set share permissions).
Net User can be used to display all users and groups on a server.
Although, the third party tools are better, these free commands can get the job done cheaply. Although, if you are planning a migration, you will have to manipulate the data some...I use Excel heavily to help do this for me...
