Could someone point me in a direction to find some documentation on setting up an ACL to control telnets to a SCO server.

what do you mean by "control telnets"....
blocking a user?
block a client source?

it will also depend on the version of sco software you are using.....openserver vs unixware + version.subversion
 
They are wanting to limit telnets to certain subnets. Limit only people on that subnet to be able to telnet in.
its SCO OpenServer Freedom3 3.2 Release 5.0.6 i386
 
see man ipf (which had some ipdates in rs506a)
this allows you to set rules for ip filtering
 
Another option is tcpwrappers, but IPF may be more suitable if it's supplied with the OS.
