I’m having problems with ACL-OCS integration seems like the ACL receives the messages from OCS, but nothing happens after that, I’m running ACL 1.0 SP2.
During the ACL setup we are asked for the Domain, UserName and PsssWord, I used the same domain username and password of the widows 2008 machine that I have OCS and ACL installed on.
OAS can monitor and make RCC calls through etpapitool, how should the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ericsson\CT Gateway\LCS Gateway registry look like? Mine only has the IP address nothing in the domain or SIP domain fields.
