When I go the system window for a PBX site and access alarm events, I get the alarms from that system. However, I can not acknowledge or clear the alarms. I can not ack/clear from the maintenance drop down, by right clicking the alarm and the toolbar buttons are greyed out. I can view the alarm properties.
This is the alarm monitor from the system window, not the alarm monitoring from the utilities drop down from the main TM window. The alarm monitoring from the utilities drop down does work and provides alarms from all the equipment.
The site is a CS1000M 5.5 and I am using TM 3.2 with the latest patches (3200194SUb, 3200194SU2CSPb).
Has anyone seen this issue or know of a fix for me?
