ack - pop up menu hell

Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help me. I created my pop up menus in Fireworks 4 and have tried to "target" my html pages to a specific frame name. There are the regular default targets: _blank, _parent, etc. But when I type in body2 (the name of my frame) it defaults to nothing when I click finish.

How do I do this? I asked someone for help and they said "yes, you can change the target in Fireworks" Umm thanks but, HOW do I do that? I tried. Argh.

Thanks for any suggestions... pulling my hair out..
