I have a client running XP & Act 6 & Outlook 2002 every time she tries to create an email message using a certain template within ACT she gets an error message about not being able to run Active X controls and then can not edit the email message unless she saves it to Drafts folder first.
I have checked her security settings within IE & asked her to be prompted for Active X controls to no avail.
The only thing I haven't done is change her Email Program to ACT within IE. We did change it but the same problem occured so we changed it back again.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what else we could do please?
