.acf file and .R files in Actuate [IMMEDIATE]

Hi,
Does any body know how to import .acf/.R file in actuate?
We had some reports archived on tape which when we restored, got restored in the form of one .acf and one .R file.
Can some one tell me how to use these files with actuate?
