Hi
After I changed the color profile in Adobe Bridge I get an error message when I try to open Photoshop: "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a problem using the Adobe Color Engine". Adobe Bridge won't work either. I have reinstalled CS2 several times and deleted all color profiles, but it still won't work. I'm running XP SP2. Do I really have to format the disk and try again? Photoshop was working fine before changing the color profile...Any ideas?

Have you tried moving/removing the photoshop folder?

There can be an issue with some older or corrupt filters.

Have you tried the old fave of holding down the Control-Alt-Shift-Delet keys during startup ?

This resets your prefs and can sort out a lot of problems.
