ACE Error Help

The one person here who knows anything about the ACE viewer we use within SAP to see the graphical content of our adverts is on sick leave.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a list of ACE error codes and what they mean?

The incident this user's reporting is :

Details of Fault: Order that the user grossed yesterday he now needs to amend, but he is getting a error message when going into ACE

Error Message: <<ACE failed database error - MSG ACE 12>>
