We are running sympagt, with Symposium 5
I know that it has been discontinued, and yes we are in the process of preparing for a CCT upgrade.

Issue:
On a C0RES server of TAPI, and Symposium Agent,The ACD proxy server has begun terminated unexpec.

Questions
What does ACDProxy do? I am assuming it works with Sympagt not TAPI. I can't find document on this and am waiting for Vendor to call me back.

Only thing that has changed was MS updates were installed.
Since it has been man disconntined by nortel they no longer test any patches for sympagt.

Looking at uninstalling some or all.

The ACDProxy Service is a liaison between Microsoft's TAPI implimentation (TAPIsvc.exe) and Nortel's proprietary M1 Service Provider. There is an interdependency between the TAPI service and the ACDProxy Service, and because SympAgent leverages Nortel TSP, it has an indirect inter-dependency with SA.
I've recently installed these updates on an co-res Tapi 3.0/SA 2.3 server with no ill effects. My Tapi version is 3.0.0.8i and SA version 2.3.0.5
If your versions are older than these, you may want to consider PEP'ing to these levels.
