would appreciate your help.

To Print a CDN

LD 23

To Change a CDN

DFDN YYYYYYYYYYYYY
:

Where XXXX is CDN number and YYYYYYYYY is external Number, not forgeting to precede external number with 9 or what ever gets you an external line

The DFDN can't be an external number. The DFDN is the default ACDN,(where the call will default once the CDN is no longer under control) it can have a max of 7 digits only.

You can't see what the external number is that's terminating to the CDN, you have to know what it is or someone tell you what it is. You can guess as to what the number might be base the the digits of the CDN.

Thanks guys

in the symposuim i have this cdn 7837 which i f i call will terminate to external number which is abranch where calls will go after office hours this cdn has dfdn 5520, so is there away i can find that external number because we need to change to anew number.
thanks

What is 5520. To find out:

>LD 20
REQ PRT
TYPE DNB
CUST 0
DN 5520

What printed out? If it is a TN, print the TN. If it is an ACDN, then print the ACD, like this:

>LD 23
REQ PRT
TYPE ACD
ACDN 5520

No look at what printed. Is there an NCFW?
