ACDN help, VM says user at extension is on the phone. 1

Can't seem to figure this one out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks ahead.

You don't have the mailbox for that extension open for admin do you? I know on the Octel, if you are making changes to a mailbox, and a caller hits it while you are working on it, that is the response you get.

Scratch that. Post you ACD config from LD 23.

is this a maxp 1 acd for just mail? and is it call pilot or mermail.. notify user of busy line on the mailbox needs to be no..

if not give us the call flow

Thanks John. I disabled the busy line in Call Pilot and now it doesn't say that message anymore. Your help is much appreciated.
