ACDN ??? ...Forwarding ??

Forgive me I'm new to this Nortel Option 11c programming. I am trying to remove an existing forward on a users extension (x19508...currently forwarding to his cell he says). When I look it up in the PBX (LD 20 PRT DNB...)it says:

DN 19508
TYPE ACDN

How do i look up the detail on that?

How do I remove it (and/or the "forwarding") if necessary?

This forwarding was done by the previous engineer...

Go to LD 23. The "type" will be ACD. Under NCFW you will see the number that the ACD Q is forwarded to.

The user doesn't have a phone, if you want to stop the forwarding and don't want to send it anywhere else, then just out the ACD in LD 23.
