ACDN Confiurations and Troubleshooting?

Hi,


I need help here my comoany is having troubles with the main number. When ever the operator is in the phone and someone else tries to call in the 2nd line keeps on ringing? How do I modify so it will pickup and ask to hold for the next available operator? I looked up the DN and it is 7700 which says its a ACDN? Can anyone help out?

Do you have any RAN's recorded? If so, in LD 23, you need to designate at least a first ran time and route #.

the prompts are:

FRRT (first RAN route number)
FRT (first RAN time in seconds)

What type of phone set does the operator have - 2250 console, 2616, 3904,...?

Does the operator login in the morning?
