ACD

I've got a small clinic type environment hanging off our NEC2400 IPX and basically it seems as if they want an ACD type setup. I know NEC has there ACD unit but by anychance is there a small unit for just a single line that will be able to hold 10-15 calls in queue? I can do rollover lines but this clinic does same day appointments, so its first come first serve on however calls earlier. So rollovers maybe some help but not the best solution. Thanks in advanced!

Wouldn't the basic built in UCD do? check out ashu (if memory serves me right).

Just a word of advice, I have always found it best to make the pilot number a Virtual and then make it busy using MBST. that way nothing the user does can affect it's operation.
