By default, the OVTH is set at 2047 seconds of wait time in the queue. You may want to change this to your liking, and then enter in your voicemail box in the OVDN prompt
if you use overflow & overflow thresh hold, the 1st caller, this is the minimum, will remain in the q & any calls that do overflow to amil loose their position in the q
opt out is a problem with acd, if you send it to a menu service for that option, then return it to the same que, the caller loses the fifo marker. without first in first out marker, the caller is placed as the newest caller, making the wait longer. a tough fix is to send them to mail, give them an option, then send them to a different acd que, that handles over flow calls quicker. from my history, callers almost never stay in a que 15 minutes. if possible they call a different company... gov ques exempt, then the caller can't call a different gov
