ACD Voice mail message light off

[msteletech]

Built ACD queue for ext. 6502 and the
voice mail message waiting light will not go
on M2216. The tech was able to force a light
with a new ext. # on mail box for 6502. ACD
programming is new area for me. I can use some help
on this as the tech was not sure.

The DN/Extn appears on another TN. If you can add an XMWK key, or remove the DN from the other phones, or add a new DN to the ACD phone just for the mailbox "message waiting DN" field found in the mailbox programming

You could change the LHK to 8 as that is the lat button with a DN on that set. Add XMWK 6502 to key 9. That should do it.

You also need LMPX in the CLS

Thanks for the tips we will test it and hopefully
on our release 21, Option 61 will allow LMPX in CLS.
