On our 81C suc.3, when an acd user in our call center transfers an outside call to a voice menu on our mermail ver.13 and attempts to make a selection they get "your call cannot be completed at this time". If the acd user simply dumps the call into the voice menu the caller is able to make selections and complete the call. Is there a way to allow the acd user to transfer to the voice menu AND make the selection for the customer and complete the call? acd=2216, menu extension built on a phantom with fna,sfa. Thanks, 1bb
