ACD Transfer to external toll-free

We allow for a few "warm transfers" out of our call centers to other companies. These are set up as ACDNs that NCFW to the toll free number. If someone in our call center receives a call and transfers to that extension immediately, the call is transferred. If there is any hesitation in the transfer, you cannot transfer the call at all. You can connect to the external number, but you cannot complete the transfer.

Any ideas on this one? I've posted one of the ACDNs below for reference:

probably not the que build, only need 2 prompts, should be maxp 1 though.

I had maxp 1 earlier in the day. I changed it in the office chance it might make a difference. It didn't change it either way.
