The UM will be used for voice mail and auto Atened, functionallity
I have set of route, rli and trunks to go accorss the PRI pass thourgh the gateway and then turn to Sip and activate or trigger the UM users mailobox..all good.
33333 is set to pass through CDP to go right there, the users are fdn and hunt to this number, all works..
Now i want to do the same thing for AA, 33334, from a um enabled phone i get their greeting, second shot was acd, set and acd number up 33338 to ncfw to 33334 and the enabled UM user gets to their mail box, third way, creat a 500 set, cfw to 33334...this works...why can i not do it with ACD?
Is there a way to not pass the callers info and just pass the digits 33334?
