ACD to remote office

I setup an ACD (0648) that forwards to our office in Denver. If I call the local DID (619-794-0648), it rings through. If I call the toll-free number (866-592-2107) that is pointed to the DID, it does not even ring, it just disconnects. Here is the ACD:

not the acd, either your 800 provider stops the transfer or the inbound trunk has an ncos that is not allowed to make that call.. couple of ways to change that ncos, net cdb option to cff and use rfcw to remote forward that number or leave the opt cfo and either lower the frl of that call or increase the ncos of the inbound trunk
