ACD to overflow to an existing mailbox... not working

They want ACD 555 to overflow to an existing receptionist mailbox at 522. I created a new ACD (581) with maxp at 1 and NCFW set to 522 and then added that to ACD 555 as OVTH. They get all the agents to set as make busy and place a test call and it rings 3 times then goes to an announcement "extension 690... That mailbox is not set up." Where is it getting 690 please?

You can't overflow into a close Q or dummy Q (MAXP=1). When all agents are logged out of 555, calls will take the NCFW path of 556...what's 556?
 
Seems like a convulated way of programming this. Keep in mind the originally dialed DN will be carried into VM. Why not just overflow to mail and put 555 in as an extension DN on mailbox 522.

Here are my changes to the hunt group (Nortel calls them ACD's) and I added DN 555 to mailbox 522. Still though, if all agents are busy the next caller rings "forever" til' someone available. Is it a timer thing? Trying to look up SRRT and SRT. Etc.

Your issue is you have not enabled Timed Overflow, set TOFT to 2 (2 Seconds) then after a call has waited for 2 seconds it will go to the overflow DN (OVDN) 505.
