ACD TAPI example

Hi,
I'm developing an TAPIv3 control interface for our call center (running CS1000).
I have an instance of TAPIClass allowing me to control the phone and calls, but I'm not able to access the ACD and agent functions; just don't know how to use the ITTAPICallCenter interface, init it and bind to ACD proxy.
I'd appreciate any working example or advice.
