Acd Symphony software

I am upgrading my MICS from 1.1 to 6.1 for PRI. I am also upgrading my NAM from 2.0.2 to 4.1 to match the MICS upgrade, but I have Symphony running (I dont know the software level). Does the phone and voicemail upgrade affect the ACD?

i believe you will need to go to last release 3.6.0027 the nam need 32 for mem 64 would be better harddrive going to need 2 gig you will need a contract with either sbc or nextiraone and then intern go under contract with cintech for acd upgrade once under contract upgrade"software" is free feel free to email me and i will go over anything you may need"not sales person"just a tech
