ACD supervisor's DWC

Is there anyway to put a DWC key on a not acd set? I would like to monitor an ACD group but not on a phone that is built as an ACD supervsisor phone. Thank you for any suggestions!

the only way to have calls waiting is in a queue. You can not monitor a queue from a non acd set but you can put a DWC key on an agent's phone as well as a supervisor's phone.

Right, I have the DWC key on all of our agent's phone, but I wanted to see if you could put a DWC on a non-acd set, guess not. Thanks for the response.
