ACD Supervisor Listen from Analogue phone?

I would like to use the ACD Supervisor Listen function from an analogue extension, rather than the usual business set. Does anyone know if it is possible, perhaps through setting up Feature Codes on the MD110?

This is possible on some other PBXs, e.g. Meridian/Definity - for example the user would dial #88 followed by 1234 for the agent position ID.

Any hints would be appreciated!

You can use analogue phone.
SERV D1=1.
For listen in set Supervisor SERV D3D4=01 and Agent ADN SERV D3D4=02.

Forget about setting up codes in MD. Impossible unless your wallet is filled and spilling.
