I need at add OBV and RAG to a set but I can't seem to figure out how to make it an ACD supervisor. I keep getting SCH0745 as I possibly don't have the correct CLS to allow these features??

if you are talking about a meridian pbx:
under the cls you have to add spv
during the same sequence, then you add the obv button to the phone.
It is best to out and rebuild an ACD set, not use change and never use echg.
