ACD SPV

Can someone help on this one.
I have basic ACD on a 61c runniing 25.40b. I have a request of adding an aditional supervisor with an add-on and agent keys. There is currently a supervisor in this cue with a display and agent keys.
Kan I add a second spv and if so how.

prt your current Sup, build accordingly. Different Posid/DNB of course. CLS - SPV

yes you can have multiple supervisors in an ACD Queue. Just add SPV to the CLS. Also if you want specific agents assigned to that supervisor, you have to rebuilt the agent phones and add the supervisors login ID in the SPID of the agents phone.
