I have recently installed some wireless headsets in our call center. These headsets were installed on 2616 ACD sets. When a call rings in on the ACD DN Key 00 you can pick the call up but when it rings on the personal line key 03 you have to push key 03 to answer. Is there a way to automatically answer any ringing key. The users would like to be able to pickup any ringing key remotely instead of just ACD calls. The switch is an Opt 61.

add cls ira and ola and prompt lpk put in how many keys you want to hunt up.
