A new Call Manager Subscriber Server does not allow remote site TAPI applications to work properly with locally registerd devices in it's Device Pool
The TAPI plugin is installed on the ACD server so the ACD server can talk TAPI to my Call Manager servers. This works about 75% when connecting to a phone from the ACD server but does not work 100%. The 25% is the problem.
This problem only occur when the IP phones are registerd with this new subscriber. When they register to other subscriber in the cluster, it works fine. I have checked that the TAPI version running on the ARC ACD server is the same as the one on the CCM server. what else can I do?
