We have Callpilot 5. we have several service directory numbers with menus setup. There are acd's setup to go to our main voicemail number. they have been working great until recently. the last 3 or so SDN's work, however after the VM answers there is 7 or 8 sec of silence before the message starts to play. All the old SDN's answer and start the recording immediately. i have tryed deleting the sdn and deleting the app in application builder and rebuilding them. even restarted the callpilot server.
