We have an ACD reporting system on our CS 1000M PBX. This has been working fine until about a month ago. Now we can't pull reports from the system as we were able to and don't know why. There was a file that was corrupt, but we deleted and added a new one, this still doesn't work. We initiate a new batch of records and there is nothing there. This is through out Telephony Manager connnected to the PBX. Any ideas what could possibly be causing the reporting software to not collect this data from the PBX?
