ACD Reports 1-4 output format

Hi, wondering if anyone has had experience with changing the output format of the basic acd reports. I have an opt 61C that is currently outputing our ACD reports a printer, and would like to set something up that would gather the reports in somekind of file format instead. Is this even possible?
Any input/ideas would be appreciated

I dunno about the ACD output, but I have sent our CDR output through Hyperterminal to be captured in a .TXT file.

to a visual basic call logger.

This logger took the input from a port on the monitoring PC, and outputted it as a text file.

Found it v. reliable.

I don't think that there's a way of doing this in C2. unless you can capture the screen output into a file

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
