ACD reporting

Anyone know of a script, app or reasonably priced device that will capture TTY spitouts of ACD logs and transcribe it into say Excel? Need a way to store the data and make it more user-friendly.

I use a serial logger application from muConsulting. It captures it in a text file and from there you can do what you want with it. It works pretty well.

Does the ACD report captured by serial logger keep the same format as the if it was on a printer?
