ACD Reporting

Can someone tell me what can be used for ACD reporting? I've used Meridian Max in the past. I know symposium is available. Are there any more options for a small call center.
 
VX Tracker, or the basic reporting that already resides on the PBX........
 
Small Call Center would use a Symposium Express Call Center package. Or, use the C package reports that come with the PBX (not a pretty option).
 
for free C package reports is still not a good deal.. but if it's all you've got.. capture it to a txt. open it with excel.. use a macro to modify it.. if your not mr macro, what i use in excel is record then edit.. you can get a decent report but just very basic numbers..

Im looking into getting symposium express. I need to see if reader boards can be attached to symposium express and provide queue information. I have an 81c switch with a call center of about 15 agents.
 
reader boards are built as a 2616 display and they can be part of any acd group, symposium or not.. i've installed them with and without symposium.. biggest problem, a cat 5 jack and power in the correct location... not to many jacks or power outlets 6 inches from the ceiling

Has anyone used a system called Centree Suite for call reporting on Nortel befor. Im looking for reporting similar to symposium for our nortel 81c switch.
 
We're looking at ACD Reporting from RSI, A time-limited evaluation copy is available for download so that you can try it out. Anyone ever tried it?
