ACD reporting with EHDA on bria sip phone

Hello

i have got a customer that has just gone and got 30 new ipad 3 and would like to use them for ACD via EHDA which i can get working no problem but my question is will i be able to run reports via 6110 for these agents ???

I would think you could get some of the reports. Can the agents login and use the make busy codes etc?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

the agents cannot login or out it must be done by a supervisor using phone set manager
