ACD reporting NTP?

Anyone have a link to the NTP for explanation of how to read the ACD reporting on the Option 11?
I can't seem to find it in all the books or the CD.

Which CD do you have? RLS 25 just go to the Options 51-81 section and the ACD NTP's will be located there.
