acd report

Hi all,

I need ACD reports to be printed. I have configured for it the following way, but I am not able to print the reports. Let me know what I am missing.

I have configured tty device in LD 17 and SCB in LD 23. This the print of the configuration:

I have chosen the option of RPRT on all the ACD queues, but I am not able to capture the ACE report. Any advice???

Change PRIO prompt to 2 to reflext printer IO device 2

I have changed the PRIO prompt to 2, but still it is not working.

any other parameters that I am missing??

Make sure the acd que you want to report on have RPRT= yes.

The baud rate and bits/parity must also be correct. Make sure the baud rate matches the port. I have often found for ACD - if software is 8/n/1 the printer needs to be 7/space or mark or even/1. A lot of printers can not do this so I set it up on a terminal session which inturn has a printer connected.

Hi all,

I was wondering why it was not working, then I went thru the details of LD 23 (SCB). The change that did the trick was:

DOW 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
u should mention all the seven days to obtain the reports for the whole week. Hope this would help others

remove option 3 on ropt disable the tty port
enable the tty port
once a our you get your output
