I bought NS700G. Hired a Panasonic serviceman to set up the system , to install Call Center Feature Enhancement ( KX-NSF201W) and finally Call Statistic/Charge Report AK ( KX-NSXF023W)
Without 023 the system would point out that to have full features of ACD report one needs 023. The ACD report would only produce incoming calls statistic So we did install it ( 023).
Unfortunately, presently, CD report does not produce outgoing calls statistic in the report. The service person said that he did everything and it should produce outgoing. The question is what to do not? I bough the system to have statistic of outgoing and incoming phone calls and now it seems like all things are in vain.
