ACD Report Alignment - Wraps After 80 Characters

I have a CS1000e with the basic ACD package. The reports are used for our main call center so I started capturing the file in Procomm. Everything works great except that the reports start to wrap the text after 80 characters. Here is what the report looks like now:

Does anyone know what I can do the report will line up properly? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I think this is a Procomm setting as opposed to a PBX problem. Do you have your emulation st at VT220?

In menu (file, edit view, etc), go to Options > Data Options > Terminal Options > Set 132 Columns
