Can you set up an extension to ring to both an ACD and a regular DN?
We have a department that currently has one phone attached to the PBX. This department will be moving tomorrow to an area that's not attached to the PBX(PSTN line)
Can I set it up in the interim to still ring to the existing DN and also ring to an ACD (which dials the PSTN number)at the new location?

ACD & Phantom numbers have to be unique. You could set up the extn with a forward no answer to the external number & make RCO 2. That's about as close as you will get unless someone else has a better offer.

you might want to look at ld 49, idc tables, they are used to change a number as it comes into your switch, so that you can change an acd number from the world "1234" to 2345 (your dn) then fna that number to your 1234 acd group. if you want a non acd user to have the chance to answer that call, if you have the acd set up to dial back out, make sure it works both external and internal. had one fool me just the other day.
