Two weeks ago Verizon moved the 800 number from the T-1 to a cell phone number. Know Verizon would like to move the 800 number back to the T-1 circuit. What information do I give the carrier to point the calls to the ACD?

I forgot to say We have a Option 11c phone system.

I'm assuming they are looking to remove the call forward, and send the number back to you as a DNIS value... if you haven't changed anything on your PBX, they should just be able to turn the call forwarding off, and revert the changes?

how can I find the Dnis number program in the PBX? or how can I print out an existing IDC table in LD49?

LD 49,

Req Prt
Type IDC
enter until it prints, it will print all IDC tables, depending how many you have.

Since we have an existing ACD table (4060) with phones attach, how can I direct toll free calls to that table (4060)using a T-1?

What is the extension you want it to ring at? If they are sending it directly to your inbound circuits, they should be able to send in the DNIS you specify. Does not have to go through IDC tables at all.

In LD 49 print the IDC tables:

REQ PRT
TYPE IDC
CUST 0
(Hit enter for all other prompts)

If you search through the printed IDC Table entries, you should find one similar to this:

DNIS RESULT
1234 4060

In this case 1234 would be the required DNIS number.

If there is no entry with the result 4060, then the DNIS is probably 4060, ie no change in IDC required.

DNIS is the extension. So if you want it to ring at x1234 tell them the DNIS is 1234. Again, you do not have to use the IDC tables and it is possible you do not have any set up.

Verison should be able to send what you want them to, to match the acd dn, or find out what they are sending you. Most times it is the last 4 of the 800 number or up to all ten digits. Check to see if you have an acd dn matching the dnis that may be ncfw to the acd. travlr1 is right that you don't need to use IDC, or even an acd,but unless it was changed when they forwarded it to a cell, the programming that it followed before should still be active in the switch.
