I have a customer that wants to be able to enter extensions from within their ACD queue. "If you know the extension of the party you are trying to reach please enter it now."

I assume I am going to need a path interflow dialing list, but I don't know how to reference the option, or if it is available. Even if we needed to use "press option 1 to be able to enter the extension" kind of thing.

Anyone have any ideas?

So you want to be queued but at any time they can dial out? There is a method ( covered in the help files ) where you can enable dial out of a RAD. That feature however is dial one and it goes here, 2 and it goes here etc. So to be able to dial any extension number you would need to have dial 1 go to the AA of your voicemail and then allow the user to dial an extension from there.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.
