Hey all - I am trying to set up a simple acd queue - read through the threads but still having a bit of trouble.

We have a CS1000E release 7.6
I use a mix of the element manager and virtual terminal to configure.

I have two questions.
My phone displays Logged Out - how do I log in and why do I need to?
Why can't I edit FRRT/SRRT/NRRT

Thanks in advance for assistance:

you normally just pick up the receiver, press key 0, enter in your agent id and press #, then hang up.

if you get logged out when you return your handset, change HOML to No. One of those options does that.

You may need to set your agent ID range in the ADS block in LD 23, but other than that it's relatively simple.

On FRRT/SRRT/NRRT - do you have a RAN route defined? If no, you need to create one and put that route number here, then you will get another prompt on when to play the message.
