How do I log into the ACD queue?

agt ids are arbitrary, hit the bottom right hand key (key 0) it will say Agent Id, put in 1234# and the queue XXXX# or just hit pounds until you are in after agt id.

If do not want that set to be ACD, as in "get rid of logged out) out the set and rebuild it as non-ACD.

the agent id's range has to be added to the scb in ld 23.. a lot of techs add complete ranges so any number seem to work.. in symposium you need them in for each agent

If you are not using agent ID's, you can just hit your in-calls (login key) twice after lifting the handset.
