What program can i buy for my option 81c to give my reservations manager the ability to see Avg wait time, Avg Call time, Number of calls handled Etc. In real time on a computer or TTY Screen?

if you have a tty port avaiable you could setup a supervisor terminal which has a real time display
 
symposium gives your sup not only real time stats but also graphs and reports on demand or scheduled. the sup can drag and drop agents to different que's to keep up with demand and routing can be done by skill sets. not cheap but very acd friendly

Is there a way to have the DISPQUE key refresh its self? Right now on my agent phones, i can hit that key and get the current stats, calls waiting ect... but is there anyway to automate it.. so its sorta real time?

There used to be a product called Q Watch that used a M2xxx phone emulation & basically every few seconds would simulate pressing the DISP Q key & output the data to a reader board or PC screen.
